I am notorious for watching YouTube, and having an overwhelming feeling to buy the items I see on the tutorials. Sadly, 99.5% of the time I give into the urge to buy. Sometimes I feel like it is compulsive, and I cannot help myself. I love papercrafting. When I see the amazing projects that the creative ladies showcase on their blogs/messageboard, I have every intention of recreating their work. Moreover, I love a bargain. Thus when I see something on clearance I buy it whether I need/like it or not (A.K.A. the Debbie Mum Paper).
Lately, I feel that I am shopping more than I am papercrafting. So my challenge is to make 25 cards (no duplicates...5 using the Debbie Mum paper), finish my stationery box (and the cards and tags for it), 6 scrapbook layouts, and my first article in the series that I am working on for my blog before I buy anything else for my crafting addiction. THIS INCLUDES CHA CHICAGO!!! This is going to be extremely hard. I love YouTube and find inspiration from it. Plus, I LOVE eBay, but if I want to be able to buy stuff at CHA I better get crafting.
I know that I am not alone on this deliema. I would LOVE to have you guys join in with me and we can support eachother. Challenge yourself. It doesn't have to be the same as mine. Find a reasonalble amount of items you would like to make, within a reasonalbe amount of time, and LET'S DO IT.
Welcome to a whole new world!
